David Kunyk
Managing Lawyer
David Kunyk is a multidisciplinary, Edmonton-based Barrister and Solicitor. He is an active member of the Canadian Bar Association and a member in good standing with the Law Society of Alberta. Prior to establishing Kunyk Law, David practiced at several boutique law firms as an articling student and lawyer, where his primary focus was on estate, corporate, contract and personal injury law.
David can represent you in litigation matters that appear before the courts, drawing on his experience in the Alberta Court of Justice (formerly known as the Provincial Court of Alberta), the Court of King’s Bench of Alberta, and the Alberta Court of Appeal, as well as in alternative dispute resolution processes.
He completed his post-graduate studies at Bond University in Australia, where he received his Juris Doctor. Outside of the office he enjoys spending time with his family and pets, and keeping active on the tennis court.
